I am selling the lease I have with South Point Condominiums (The furniture in the room will be coming with me). The contract is individual, and runs until August 2024- you then have the option to renew after that. I have lived here for 2 years now, and have really loved it. It’s a quiet place with lots of sunshine, (with great sunsets) and the landlords/management are great as well. I am just looking to move closer to my work in salt lake!
