Vivian's room

We live in a beautiful community named Harveston that includes a lake, paddle boats, fishing, convenience store and much more. We have almost any store that you can think of very close by. The room is spacious, clean and furnished (UPSTAIRS) you will need to bring your own full sized mattress. If you do not need the room furnished, I can empty it. The bathroom will be shared with my cousin (female). A $900 deposit, background check, proof of identity and proof of income is REQUIRED. Water, electricity, trash, and internet are included in the monthly rent price.

Currently in the home is myself, my daughter and cousin. We have a husky, small dog and cat.
