This is a split 2/2 bedroom apt. Remodeled by complex. Beautiful Bright colors and some handmade paintings in colors, (just need to hang them) Livingroom is a love seat with separation and then a big boy recliner, In 2nd bedroom is a queen size mattress and queen size bed frame from Ashley Furniture, 1 to 2 years old max. Cover on the mattress, 2 night stands. No dresser. No ceiling fan and no Light/lamp. Closest has items of mine in there and I will move some things out of there if need be to make room for your things, Own Bathroom shower and tub combo and large shower tiles in shower. The king size mattress in the picture will be gone as I’m donating it to charity. Patio outside is not large but a decent size. Elevator to 2nd floor, if using a moving company or rental, use something short so you can bring into garage and park there and move upward on the elevator. 2 pools, a small gym but still it is a GYM, however have to pay for key fob to enter gym $75 one time fee. Parking is 3 options, 1: guest parking spot only and there are only around 6 spots available, a little walk from building, 2: Apply to join my lease and get a parking sticker to park outside anywhere close to building that is allowed, or 3rd : option join my lease and can apply for a parking sticker to park in the garage which is $85 extra a month which you would be responsible for.

I’m 52 yrs old. I work from home some days and then work in the office not far from here. I’m a clean person, I like people respecting my furniture and cleaning after themselves. I prefer things smelling clean and also be cleaned including sheets and towels. This also includes the bathroom in case we have guests. Inside here is a very small wash dryer combo and is best to use laundry mat down the hall if you have more than 8 small items to wash. Yes, you pay but they work well! Roughly $2.75 washer and $2.75 a normal size drier, Dishwasher inside here. I am work oriented and family oriented and when not at the office my work station is in the dining room instead of a dining room table. I do not party, I do like a drink or 2 whenever i what one. I do not like marijuana used within my house not on my patio and do not want the smell on a person as they walk in. I’m pretty much a laid back person and just need a roommate that has high standards, responsible and have respect as I was raised.
