Kitchen: light cooking, cabinet, drawer, and tall-larger mini fridge for your exclusive use. Available to use: stove, oven, microwave, air-fryer.

Near hospitals, colleges, the mall, stores, restaurants, etc.

Lodging is for one single occupant-female only.

Room, etc. works well for a Travel Healthcare positions-Commuter-Professional or Student.

All income must be reliable and consistent…gainful employment outside of home, no remote jobs or overnight shifts.

4+ months term-950.00 monthly. if less than 4 months- $1000.00 monthly.

For Commuters: reduced monthly rate: $750.00 monthly. (4 month minimum term). For the Commuter-works outside of home M-F full-time, no remote and leaves every Friday a.m. through Sunday.

Looking for a lodger that is friendly, trustworthy, respectful, responsible and comfortable with communicating.

No drugs or alcohol. Must be a non-smoker. No smoking or vaping. No animals. Street parking. Outdoor patio seating.

Prefer no visitors…however, occasional visitor with notice and approval, no overnight, or early a.m. or late p.m. and no minors.

Must be pet friendly: dog on premises.
