Basement room sublet w/ private bathroom + private backyard on the UES! 🌃

Hi everyone! I’m looking to sublet my room in a 2bd/2bth apartment from Feb. 1. Ideally looking for a longer term subletter (the lease ends in Nov. w/ an opportunity to renew!). The apartment is a 2 min walk to the lovely Carl Schurz Park + the East River, and is a less then 20min walk to Central Park. The street is very quiet and mainly family-owned single occupancy townhomes 🩷

The room is a basement room, so there is not a TON of natural sunlight, but it’s a decent sized space, & for $1,900/month it’s a steal for the location! Probably best for someone who doesn’t wfh! It is also a pet friendly apartment 🐾

You would be living with my current roommate, who is very nice, clean, respectful of space, and just a great human all around! The living room and common areas are fully furnished as well.

I love the apartment, and the only reason I’m leaving is to be closer to my bf. Msg me if you are interested as I am looking to get this filled ASAP 💫

You would be living with a male in his late 20s, who is respectful of space & is very clean. He does not bring the party home, and is a really really great guy!
