CRITERIA:

• No evictions, judgments, or felonies in the last 7 years
• 605+ credit score (flexible on a case-by-case basis)
• Gross annual income: $27,000+ (monthly income 3x rent)
• Criteria not met? That’s ok, cosigner can co-sign the lease

LEASE TERMS:

• Month-to-month lease OR 6 months lease (12 months considered)
• First & last month’s rent + security deposit required at signing
• Move in date: Immediately
• Pets considered
