About the room

We are looking for 1 roommate to fill in a bedroom with a shared full bathroom. Located in East Village in downtown San Diego and on the 38th floor with an amazing view. About .5 to 1 miles away from Gaslamp. 6 blocks away from Petco Park and 3 blocks away from the MTS Blue and Orange lines. Washer and dryer are in unit. Electricity and internet not included in price (ranges from $60 to $80 a month). Apartment requires residents to register as an add on to the lease. Apartment will require last 2 paystubs, bank statements for background check, and a $40 fee. Looking to resigning the lease in June.

About the roomies

Myself (34) and another guy roommate (30) are currently living in the 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. Both keep to ourselves. I work through the day Tuesdays through Fridays while the other roommate works Monday through Friday. 3rd roommate is moving out by June.
