The house is very clean, updated and quiet. No kids, drugs, smoking or animals allowed. Utilities and Internet included.

You would be renting: Around 1000 sqft of finished basement

The suite consist of: Kitchen (12x14) with refrigerator, 2 burner induction cooktop, sink and lots of cabinet space Living room area (25x17) 3/4 bath (10x6) Bedroom with double closets (16x12) and in suite washer/dryer Locally controlled heating/air units You may also have an assigned single driveway space No private entrance - Entrance is through the house

You will need a full time (verifiable), non-work from home, job. Sorry, retirement is not considered a full time job. Pass background check - No criminal history 1 half month security deposit plus 1st month’s rent due at signing. 12 month renewable contract renters insurance
