Natally's room

The room will be downstairs, my roommate and I live on the top floor. Single occupancy and girls only. The condo has an in-unit washer and dryer. We also have wifi provided for us. All utilities, water, and gas bills are included in the rent price so you will only be paying $950 flat monthly. There will also be a $950 deposit (one time only). Although everything is included in the rent, that does not mean to abuse the ac unit and water. We will be charged if the water and electric bills are high ($150 over). Parking is street parking only but we live in a private area so there’s always parking available. Street parking is also in a cul-da-sac so there is no cars speeding by, only residents from the condos drive through the street (will make more sense if you’d like to see the place in person). We are in walking distance to UCR about 10-15 mins (1 mile away) or a 5-6 min drive.

Hello! My roommate Itzel (23) and I (21) are looking for a quiet and respectful roommate (girls only) to occupy the private room downstairs. Itzel and I are very clean so we need someone who picks up after themselves and is courteous of others. If you are a smoker please smoke outside in the patio, meaning no smoke in the house. Unfortunately pets are not allowed. You have to stay a minimum of a year. Your room has its own bathroom and patio (WILL BE UNFURNISHED). We expect you to help us pitch in to buy essentials for the kitchen such as dish soap, paper towels, aluminum foil, trash bags, etc. We take turns buying the essentials so we don’t leave one person buying everything.
