Michelle's room

The room available for rent is the master bedroom of the house. It is upstairs and secluded from the rest of the house/rooms that are downstairs. The master is spacious, has a ceiling fan, and a large bathroom with tons of closet space. If the utilities were at their most expensive, utilities split three ways may amount to $100 a person, but we try to conserve. The house is in a quiet, safe neighborhood and is easily accessible to major roads. The university is about a 15 minute drive without traffic and about 20 with for some perspective.

My name is Michelle and I am a 24 year old female Master’s student. I work 32 hours a week at my job and also go to school full time during the evening after work. The other roommate (Brando) is a 28 year old male engineer who works full time during the week. We are both easygoing and very chill, respectful of boundaries, and clean. I also own a friendly cat however no other pets will be allowed in the house.
