I can rent a furnished or unfurnished room but preference is to rent the unfurnished in my townhouse. There is also a private bath. Laundry available on property. Full kitchen with multiple refrigerators.

I am 49 years old and 75% of the time it’s just me. My youngest son is only home on winter and summer breaks from college. I also spend significant time at my boyfriend’s so the house is empty a good deal of the time. Looking to supplement income with a roommate who is relatively quiet, respectful and neat.
