I have two private rooms available for rent in my 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome located in Lewisville, just off Exit 453 of Main. The rooms are on the second floor and share a bathroom on the same floor.

Convenient Location: Less than 1 mile to the highway Within 1–2 miles of Walmart, Home Depot, Lowe’s, and Kohl’s

Important Notes: I have a 5-year-old male cat at home, so I’m looking for someone who is not allergic to cats

Unfortunately, I cannot accommodate additional pets, as my cat is not friendly with other animals
