In the back of the condo is a screened porch and an outdoor porch. Perfect for a BBQ, reading and hosting events. Half of the basement is finished and the other half is where the washer and dryer are and a built-in storage unit. It also has a carport. Which is Perfect for the winter, so you’ll never have to worry about scraping off your windshield when it snows or freezes. There is plenty of land outside the condo for walking with a beautiful creek that trails over the condo development. The whole development has plenty of walking trails inside of it too.

I work a 7:30-4pm job. I love to hike, watch new movies, and crochet. I am an easy going, open minded single woman. I love going out and getting some drinks, but I also enjoy staying in and watching movies, playing card games and doing something artsy. I do not own any animals so if you do have one animal. I will not charge you extra in your rent. There are no breed restrictions on what dog you have. I am a really easy going roommate and if you ever want to work together and re-paint a room try and re model something or put up any decorations in common areas. As long as you pay for it.
