I’m askin for 600 to move in no security deposit needed no drugs at all smoking is ok but we will decide whether or not smoking is permitted in the house or not if you’re responsible enough Drinking is also acceptable if done responsibly I have two kids that live with me in the house absolutely no violence will be tolerated I drink and I smoke cigarettes myself but I am very strict around my kids and what they hear or see if it’s not coming from me myself I want to make clear that we will be on a month to month lease and if any rules are violated you can be asked to leave with a minimum of one week notice and maximum of two weeks depending on the violation if you are the right candidate in a friendly open-minded down-to-earth drug free with Proof Of income we would have no worries or problems because I’m a real cool person with a open personality with a big and open heart im also want to make clear I’m not renting because I need it I’m renting to try and help someone who’s in need there for I don’t need you or your money so please don’t ever get that mixed up thank you other then that There is a washer and dryer in the room which we will share that I will be washing my family’s clothe once a week
