About the room
The studio is a minimum of a 6 month lease or longer and for a single occupant only. It’s a fully furnished studio.
It has a separate entrance. Two very large walk-in closets, a very large private bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a soaker tub. 24/7 camera surveillance community. Mini fridge, microwave, bbq grill, TV, private swimming pool, and one car parking are all included in the rent. I’m a neat freak by nature. Therfore, you will find the studio in pristine condition!
Publix and Starbucks, restaurants are walking distance. Close to all Disney parks and freeways

I’m a fashion designer from Toronto, Canada. I’m a quiet, friendly person who loves to read, paint, cook, exercise, and enjoy traveling. There is no one else living in the house with me. I have no pets and I don’t smoke or drink.
