Adam's room

Private bedroom, private sitting room/gym, large walk-in closet, and private bathroom in the basement of new 3-story house on corner lot in a new development in Erie. Rooms can be supplied with the furniture as seen in the photos or removed if not needed.

The rental includes full use of the kitchen, the garden, and the washer/dryer on the 2nd floor. Utilities are included unless you require something out of normal usage, in which case we can discuss.

You’ll have space in garage for a bike and skis but there’s tons of storage on your floor.

The house has four total bedrooms, and three full bathrooms, with a half bath on the main floor. The development has ample parking and is very quiet. We also have a community pool and gym.

The house is less than 5 minutes from I-25 and walking distance to Erie High School.

I’m Adam and I own the house, along with my brother Ted, but spend most of my time in the UK. He’s a single dad with two kids in college. They may occasionally stay in the guest bedroom on the 2nd floor (as will I from time to time), which has a shared bathroom with Ted. Dexter also lives in the house, but he’s as mellow a dog as you’ll ever see. Ted sometimes works from home in an office on the landing also on the 2nd floor. He’s extremely tidy, a voracious reader (particularly of James Joyce) and an outdoor enthusiast. We also plan to rent the primary bedroom, so eventually there will be three people living in the house full time.

We are looking for a long-term renter, with a one-month break clause on both sides. We will do a credit check and ask for first and last month’s rent up front as well as a security deposit.
