East 8th Street

Room for rent in Chico, 3 blocks from sycamore pool/lower park. Will be open February 1st. Month to month.

Rent is 560 for the smaller room and 570 for the larger room, not including utilities. Expect to pay 170-220 or so for utilities in the winter. Security deposit is $600, and an additional $100 for pet deposit if you are bringing a dog (as long as the dogs get along). Sorry, no cats. In the summer running the AC it has been more in the past. It’s a 3 bedroom 1 and a half bath house. One bathroom has a tub and shower and the other has a stand up shower.

There is an office room beside the living room, leading out to the garage. Currently there is a spare wooden desk in there along with my desk and music equipment. A step outside the office leads to the laundry area, which is outside but underneath a larger awning.

The backyard is a decent size, and has room to garden if any of you has a green thumb. I like to garden too, but wouldn’t mind sharing some space ;)

Lets set up a time to come check the place out. My current roommate is in the process of moving out, which is why no pictures of the rooms are up yet.

I’m a Chico State Alumni and a current chemistry masters student at Sacramento State. I’m a musician (and music lover) with a dog who enjoys lounging around as well as going on hikes or playing fetch at lower park. Very cannabis friendly, and I drink on occasion. Laid back and chill.
