• considerate on Utilities usage Turn off any lights and all other small electrical items when not in used. Any additions of small appliances to any room will be and is subject to approval by owner. No small candles allowed to room due to fire safety and requirements.
• No eating in the room Main kitchen dining area is available for these activity. Possibly Personal room trash must be thrown outside weekly due to possibly avoidance or elimination of any stinky smell inside room and house or cockroach &/or rats infestation to other rooms. Guest are allowed until midnight on weekends 10pm on weekdays due to respect in privacy
