I have a room available early February located 10minutes from CSULB by the traffic circle. It’s a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with two girls (including myself). My roommate and I share one bed/bath, so we are looking for either one person to fill the other bed/bath for $1586.50/mo or two people to share the one bed/bath for $793/mo each (utilities are separate from the prices and a security deposit will be required). Looking for kind, respectful, and clean housemates and would love to be friends 😊
