Your (12 x 12) unfurnished room is on the 2nd floor - it has a large closet and sliding glass doors to a balcony. You will share bathroom with one other (female) housemate. The bathroom is 5 footsteps away from your room. We also have a 1/2-bath on the first floor. Townhouse is cozy with working fireplace, great kitchen layout with electric appliances, dining room / living room. Covered parking, shared pool, A/C, W/D, areas (front and back) to sit outside.

Existing roomies work in higher education and sales/marketing. Per our lease, no pets, no smoking. We’d prefer someone without a lot of furniture as we’ve already outfitted the place. However….patio furniture is desperately needed!

Must sign an 8-month lease with current roomies, must be able to pass credit and background checks. We’re able to show the place to prospective roomie on Fridays from 1 - 4. Other days/times may be possible as well.
