Rachel's room

I’m renting a 2bed 2bath currently with my roommate, but she’s moving out this February. The room up for rent is a master bedroom with open closet and ensuite bathroom. We have a washer & dryer, dishwasher and other kitchen appliances. Our utilities are separate and would be split 50/50. There’s a parking garage and a trash and recycling room at the end of the hallway. There is still 6 months left on the lease. There are grocery stores and gas stations down the street and restaurants not too far away. The lease ends August 9, 2024. I’m a pretty relaxed person, but I keep shared spaces clean. I like cooking and reading. I’m usually at work all day, so I haven’t explored much of the area, but I’d like to. I’ve been wanting to get a pet, so most pets are welcome. My boyfriend or friends from out of town may come to visit once or twice, but otherwise I don’t usually have people over, but I won’t mind if you do. I’m open to hanging out and trying new things, but I’m also fine keeping my own company.
