About the room
Furnished bedroom with queen bed, dresser, nightstand, large closet and TV in a five bedroom house with a chef’s kitchen, outside BBQ, pool and jacuzzi. Use of washer and dryer, monthly cleaning and utilities included (no unauthorized appliances in room). The neighborhood is safe and on our street we all look out for each other. Must love big dogs as there are two.
About the roomies
I’m a mature woman with an older son who lives with me. If I’m cooking dinner you’re always welcome to eat too. I appreciate those who cleanup after themselves as well. I have another tenant who has lived with us over two years now.
