This room is available for one single female only!! No children. 12 month lease minimum. This Room is in a beautiful Elk Grove area which located near Highway-5, California Northstate University and Elk Grove Blvd. Room is furnished with separate bathroom. Looking for a quiet, clean female. Common areas like kitchen, washer and dryer available and with your own refrigerator which will be provided. No visitors allowed. No pets allowed, no smoking, no drugs, no guests, no loud music. Drama free environment.

I am a student, and also working at retail store. It’s just me and my husband, he is a owner operator, so we are often at work. Specially my husband comes once a week home.
