Utilities typically range from $60-$180 depending on the month, split between 2 people. Very close to Safeway, CVS, restaurants, and Target. Quiet area, management on site and trash valet Sunday-Thursday. I’ve already moved out, you’ll be finishing out the current lease through mid-June with the option to renew with a new roommate.

You’ll be living with one other person - my previous roommate, a bit about her: “I work full time as a vet tech M-F. Usually like going out on weekends. I do have a dog and a cat but they stay in my room crated while at work and I take my dog to work with me about 2-3 times a week. Animal lovers preferred. 420 friendly.”
