Cost would be $800/month for a year, or $825/month for a 6 month lease. Utilities are included.

About the room/space: My current roommate and I live in a townhome near the Quatama Max station in Hillsboro. You would be an additional third person living in the townhome. The room available is a single room with a shared bathroom. A full size bed, bed frame, night stand, desk, and dresser unit are included in the room. The unit is three levels consisting of the garage, living room/kitchen, and bedrooms. You would get a three tiered shelving unit in the garage for any storage needs. We have a fairly large kitchen with a gas range. Pantry, freezer and refrigerator space would be split between the three of us. All kitchen necessities are provided, but you’re welcome to bring more if you’d like. Most things are shared, but if you would prefer not to, just let us know and we are happy to respect that! The living room has a couch and chair, table and chairs, as well as tv for use. There is also a mini split upstairs and downstairs, so we have heating and ac!

Parking: Full disclosure, parking can be a bit of an issue. My roommate and I both have cars. We have a garage and driveway, however my roommate leaves at 4am, so he needs to be in the driveway or find public parking. Public parking is not always guaranteed. Worst case, parking can be found at the park and ride, about 5min walk away. I do work from home, so I will do my best to find public parking, leaving you access to the garage depending on schedules.

Our names are Kimberly and Jose and we are both 25! We’ve lived together for over a year now and have become close friends and good roommates. I, Kimberly, enjoy plants, crafting, baking, paddle boarding and traveling. Jose loves going to the gym after work, cooking, trying new foods, and some gaming from time to time. We both maintain clean and tidy common spaces, which is a must with whomever lives here as well. You would be sharing a bathroom with Jose, and it would be up to the both of you to maintain that space. We would love it if we could find someone around our age to become friends with, go out for meals, and/or hang out with. We are both friendly, respectful and communicative. This unit cannot have pets and is drug and smoke free
