The area is very family friendly, It is a 4 bedroom 3 bath house very spacious. Room is 15ft by 9ft. Will have a shared bathroom. You don’t have to worry about Utilities Wi-Fi and washer and dryer, that is all taken care of. We are about 20 mins away from oceanfront and 10 mins from town center. It’s a great location cause we are basically in the middle of everything.

There is 3 roommates you will have in total 2 males upstairs and 1 female downstairs where you would be staying and sharing your bathroom. we are all in our 20s. we all work full time jobs so house is pretty quit for the most part, we are very social when we’re around. And occasionally go out during the the weekend to go dancing.
