I have a cat and 2 ferrets, but the ferrets stay in my office at nearly all times. Cats welcome - dogs MUST be cat friendly and MUST be well trained to leave plushies/items that aren’t theirs alone.

The room is 10’4“x10’4“, fairly nice window view, sliding closet mirror doors, washer and drier in unit (it’s in my room)

I’m 26, work remotely, and mostly game at night. The walls are pretty thick and you shouldn’t have to worry about hearing me at night as I do sometimes get a bit loud with my gaming voice lol. My cat is extremely friendly, does fine with other animals but would love another kitty friend! I’m currently in the process of rebuilding my life after my ex left me in my current apartment, so I’m slowly but surely getting the place to look nicer. I don’t have any living room furniture at this time, so if you have any - then great!
