Back house loft available for rent April 1st. Looking for a responsible renter with proof of a stable job and income. The loft comes unfurnished. The main house, kitchen, and bathroom are available for you to use 24/7.

We are looking for somebody awesome, healthy, clean, peaceful, and positive. The room is private. There are 4 rooms in the main house and only 1 person per room. This loft is separated and detached from the house. Available for live-in or work rental space.

The house is located in a great area, a short walk to the park, a library around the corner, multiple grocery stores, and a gym close by as well. Very safe, and the neighbors are friendly too . -Looking for someone who is willing to stay 6 months to a year, somebody who is clean! Somebody with a positive attitude, healthy, and just overall good vibes. -No substance or alcohol abuse, zero tolerance. -Zero drama tolerance policy. -Steady job and income. Rent does not include utilities (gas, wifi, electricity) Utilities average from $30-$80 a month depending on how much electricity we use. $900 security deposit & 1st month rent due upon move-in date AVAILABLE FEB 1ST

All women living in the main house, everyone is very kind and tidy! One girl works in as a make up artist another works in production and another is a dj. Very respectful and mature women.
