Your roomies: Languages: American Sign Language (ASL) / English / very little Spanish. I’m a 53 yr old Slightly Hard of Hearing Single Mom with 2 adopted kids (3 &10). I work full time as a Specialist Teacher for 24 yrs. My son has mild special needs. We are an active household with normal family dynamics & noise levels. I’m in need of renting a room to help me financially due to having recent medical needs. I’m looking for a children friendly and safe person to rent a private room/bathroom. Due to my family & health: No smokers (of anything) No drugs (of all kinds) No drinking/alcohol on the property or coming home drunk. This is not a party home. No sleepovers/visitors (leave 8pm)
