About the room
ALL FEMALE TOWNHOME. ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED. 1 MILE FROM DOWNTOWN GREENVILLE. 1 room available in a 2 year old luxury townhome exactly 1 mile from downtown Greenville! You will have access to a new and open kitchen space on the first floor, living space on the second floor, with your bedroom on the 3rd top floor.
The room is a private bedroom/shared bathroom with double sinks. Sharing with 1 female in 20’s who works a 9-5. The entire home, including kitchen and living room area is already furnished, so you will only need to furnish your bedroom.
You can drive to Fluor Field in 4 min or walk in 20 minutes. All utilities (water, electric, trash, wifi) are included in the monthly price.
About the roomies
There are 2 females occupying the other 2 bedrooms. They are in late 20’s and early 30’s, and have been there for 1 year+. Social, respectful, clean. Ideally looking for someone in their 20’s or early 30’s. One roommate has a small dog that is friendly and quiet. Preferably no other pets, but their dog is friendly with other dogs and cats. As the listing states, this is an all female townhome. I am traveling for work frequently so have decided to rent the home out, and can provide landlord references as needed!
