The Glen's room

Located right across the street from CSUSB, The Glen offers townhomes with five bedrooms and five bathrooms. We are primarily student housing, so we lease by the bedroom/bathroom; one room in each townhome provides enough space for two individuals in one room! We are fully furnished, with up to two sets of washers/dryers in each unit. There is a $50 electricity cap, so most of your usage is on us! We also offer free internet for everyone’s convenience! There are five different style townhouses, so you’re bound to find the perfect one. In our clubhouse, you’ll find a fitness center (large enough to take up an entire top floor), a business center, study rooms, an entertainment room, a resort-style pool (accompanied by a desk and cabanas), and pool tables.

We are primarily student housing, and roommate matching is based on student status and gender preferences (female, male, or co-ed). Some units are also pet friendly, depending on availability!
