This shared home is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to Cape Coral Hospital, and a short drive to gyms, shopping, and dining. Enjoy access to the shared main living room, kitchen, washer and dryer, and enclosed lanai. One side of the driveway is available for parking. Cost of utilities and Wi-Fi will be shared and aren’t included in base rent. Required deposit: $1,000 Month-to-Month rental agreement. No pets or smoking.
