It’s very spacious and if you have a lot of clothes like me, it does well and if you use the cabinets as well. –More on the property– University Forest Apartments is a Student Village in Clear Lake. You have amenities such as a pool, hot tub, and clubhouse full of games. Basketball hoops, flat screen TV, pool table and more. They have study rooms and a laundry mat that is open 24/7. The place’s aesthetic is well organized and because it is student-run, there are RA’s that take care of your maintenance requests. All of them are very hardworking and are there to help you out be it moving in or helping you get in after locking yourself out. Although it is a student village, there are no wild parties and it’s fairly quiet every night. The village is near a McDonalds, Dennys, Goodwill, Subway, Wingstop, Gas Station, etc, and the University of Houston Clear Lake which has hiking trails. Since the apartment is owned by University Forest Apartment, you will be paying rent under them.
