Abby's room

The photo is from google maps, and the house has had work done to the roof and the space above the porch has been fixed as well. There are two rooms available, the first with two closets and plenty of space the second has even more. The larger of the two rooms is downstairs, adjacent to the kitchen and the the other is located upstairs with the other two occupied rooms. The house is fully furnished, however there are bedframes for the two unoccupied rooms that need to be set up. There are already desks and dressers provided. Parking is directly behind the house in the yard, and is shared with our neighbors to the left. The house is off of third street on the other side of 475 from downtown flint, and is within the University of Michigan Flint SafeRide chauffeuring boundaries. There are two bathrooms, fully stocked kitchenware, appliances included and the landlord is open and ready to provide additional furniture where necessary. Utilities are not included, but generally consist of water, electric and internet, and all usually add up to no more than 150 split.

Currently we are looking for two more students between 18 and 24 to join us. My name is Abby, and I’m a Flint local currently attending the University of Michigan Flint for Data Science, and Jayanth is an Indian International student attending for CIS. We’re both cleanly and responsible for our own spaces. Jayanth and I both tend to keep to ourselves and are looking for someone who is friendly and will largely do the same.
