Jess's room

My roommate and I just snagged a spacious 3bed/2bath. We are looking for a 3rd roommate. We are in Huntington Beach, 2 blocks walking distance to the beach (Townlot area). The room available is 12x11 with a big double sliding closet doors. You would share a bathroom with my roommate! Big living area, and kitchen. It has an outside patio, garage for storage, and another beach closet storage space.

We are only allowed one dog so we can’t have another one sadly :(

You will be equally signing the lease with us and having your name to our landowner, so you will have to prove your income and do a background check. The security deposit is more than the rent price because we are equally splitting it together. Your rent is $1050 not including utilities (gas, electric, and internet).

About me: I am an Occupational Therapist. I am 33 y/o I love to rock climb, surf, snowboard, vball, workout, cycle and now pickleball. I have a beautiful dog named Mac aka Mac Daddy. He’s a smart and loving golden retriever :)

Roommate: She’s a dental hygienist who is 32 y/o. She’s super sweet and organized. She likes serene environments, adventures, hiking, and the beach.

We are both very clean, laidback, and respectful. We pretty much do our own thing and get together if we want to. We both work in the health field and we want someone in a professional career who we can trust!
