Private entry Guest studio own private kitchen and private bathroom for single, quiet adult, pet on case by case basis. The home and studio are near (below) Thumb butte in a very safe, quiet neighborhood on a private road (short distance is dirt). The private studio apartment is fully furnished and utilities are included. Main door with glass has digital lock and outer steel door has separate lock. Large walk in closet, flat screen TV in armoire (bring your smart remote for services you subscribe to). High quality pots and pans, coffee maker, double electric stove top, stainless electric wok, high end stainless convection oven/air fryer and new full size stainless refrigerator have both replaced the convection oven and refrigerator in phots. This unit does not have a full size stove. Utilities and wifi included. Pet on case by case basis. Toilet is a natures head with no maintenance required by tenant.

We are a quiet active family, looking for same in a renter, this is for single occupancy only. We’ve rented this unit primarily long term, though have occasionally rented short term and are open to extending lease as needed.
