Bedford Drive

Hello, I currently have 1 room that are being rented out for $850 each. One room is a master bedroom thats includes it’s very own bathroom with shower. The bedroom also comes with a bed and a few nightstands. The other room is a regular sized bedroom but it is connected to the main bathroom in the house. this bedroom also comes with a bed. I mean like bed and bed frame. This is a 3 bedroom house with 2 full bathrooms. the house is fully furnished with everything except a dinning table. we have a front and backyard. utilities are not included in price. utilities are roughly $150 in total for the month. splitting it evenly between each roommate. this includes gas, water, electric, and wifi. the house is located 3 mins from UTD. looking for someone who can lease 12 months but open.

I am a full time student and work full time. I am very clean and would like other clean roommates I am not that picky though.
