I am looking to renew my apartment lease for a 3 or 4 month lease starting March 25th, and will need a new roommate as my current roommate is moving out! I will be staying until about mid-June 2024, so you will be able to take over the lease then if wanted. Located at Carrington Hills Apartments, the room is in a beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 1,072 square ft suite. The living room and kitchen will be furnished while I am there. I have one cat named Charlotte, but she’s very friendly and low-maintenance! you will have your own bedroom and private bathroom. The rooms are across the room from each other on opposite sides so they offer plenty of privacy. It has a balcony with a beautiful view of Franklin, and is an extremely safe complex. The rent price listed is including the typical price of all utilities; parking, water, sewage, trash, electric, etc. the complex has a package locker system for any deliveries, and is gated.
