Hi! I have a room open in my 2 bed-1 bath home. It’s fully furnished, excluding the open bedroom. Full kitchen and in unit washer and dryer. Spacious backyard with garage and parking! Rent is 3,500. I have the master so I am willing to pay majority (2,000) so $1,500 would be your portion. Utilities are not included. Super centrally located in West Los Angeles, close to UCLA, Santa Monica City, Sawtelle, etc. I do have a dog named goose who is very friendly.
