My boyfriend, grandma, and I have a new home with 2 unfurnished or furnished rooms (your choice.) In Hauser Lake Idaho that are available immediately. All utilities are paid with beach access. My boyfriend and I travel alot so are in search of a long term renter that’s perferrably 55yrs or older, but not required. That’s trustworthy with a good sence of humor to share our house with us. Both rooms are $600mo with $500 deposit. But price’s could be negotiable depending on the situation. Our main objective is to be sure this person gets along with my grandma and she feels comfortable while we are gone on our travels. Sorry we already have 2 small indoor dogs with us and 1 outside so we are not allowing any more pets at this time.

The first room is 200sqft, down stairs with a shared bathroom, and a sliding door leading to the back patio, yard and lake.

The other room is 400sqft, is upstairs and has a half bath with the shower being downstairs in the guest bathroom.

We have a huge park like back yard with 2000ft of beach a gazebo and you can use all the kayaks, paddle boards, canoes and any other lake toys we keep down on the beach as well. If your interested or have any question call 208 704 7102. Thank you.
