Daniel's room

Hey yall! I’ve got three rooms for rent in a 5-bedroom home that I just moved into. It’s right by 67 and I-20 in Duncanville, about 20m into Bishop Arts, and about 10m Cedar Ridge Preserve. As of right now, they are all three still available! 🙂 I’ll try to update this post as they get booked.

-The two smaller 10’x11’ rooms are $650/mo -The 12’x13’~ master bedroom with a private bath is $800/mo -Utilities are not included, and are split evenly between everyone. -There is a $50 application fee for credit/background check.

Security deposit is one months rent. You can smoke whatever you want outside lol, just not inside. I’m kinda up in the air on pets. I’ve lived w them before and as much as i love them, they do tend to eventually make some messes. haha. So idk, maybe we can work out a pet rent type situation or something?

Overall, I’m looking to build a friendly, respectful atmosphere, where we all feel like its our “home”. :)

as of right now, there aren’t any roommates in! But as for me, i’m a 32yr old male musician. Im usually either on a gig, at the gym, or headphoned-up in my bedroom studio working on something.
