Private room for rent

Hello! We are looking for a roommate in our single family home, located in Bennett Valley, Santa Rosa. Travel Nurses preferred, but all applicants are welcome.

We live in a quiet neighborhood in Bennett Valley, Santa Rosa. We are 2 minutes away from the Highway 12 entrance, 5 minutes away from Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital, and 10 minutes away from Kaiser/Sutter in Santa Rosa.

Our home is undergoing some renovations, but will not disturb our roommate under most circumstances. There is a zero tolerance for nicotine or tobacco use, but we are 420 friendly if consumed outside the house. No pets are allowed at this time, sorry.

You will have access to a private bedroom (furnished for $1200 per month or unfurnished for $1000 per month), and full bathroom. Your shared amenities will be the kitchen, living room, washer/dryer, and common areas. We are currently renovating a full size pool. Once it’s complete, you will have access to that as long as safety conditions are met. Rental will be month-to-month, with a $1000 Security deposit + first months rent. Room is only for single occupants (1-person only). All utilities included. That’s all for now. Look forward to meeting you!
