You would have the entire 550sqft upstairs to yourself, including TWO tandem bedrooms and half bathroom (toilet, sink). The master suite is large enough to act as your own living room/office. Lots of storage space, with a large walk-in closet as well. Great for WFH person or someone who wants more space for less than the cost of renting their own apartment. Cost $1,500 including all utilities (heat, electric, internet, weekly trash/recycling pickup).

Downstairs we would share another 1,000sqft of space including the kitchen, formal dining room, full bath, and large family room with cathedral ceilings and lots of natural light. Additional storage space and W/D in basement. Lots of off-street parking on 1 acre of land. Located in quiet neighborhood 12 minutes from downtown Worcester and UMass Chan Medical School. Pets considered on a case by case basis (must get along with cats).

You would be sharing the house with me, a 32yo female veterinarian. This is my house and I will be living on the first floor. I have 3 extremely friendly and sweet indoor cats. Despite having pets, I keep a VERY clean house (frequent vacuuming, no gross pet messes or odors) and hope to find a similarly clean roommate.
