The studio includes air conditioning. We have surveillance cameras watching the driveway for safety purposes.

There is a walk-in closet, an efficiency kitchen with brand new appliances, new cabinets, new flooring, you get your designated parking spot on the driveway and a Private entry on the side of the house.

No on-site washer and dryer.

No parties, loud music, drugs, smoking, or pets allowed. No unknown/overnight guests.

Rent includes water, electricity, sewer, and trash service. My partner and I live on premises. Rent is $1,400 per month. 6 months minimum rent. First & security ($500.00) in advance.

My significant other and I live in the main house with one roommate renting one room inside. We are quiet and work long hours, I work from home so I am here most of the time. We have a friendly golden retriever he lives inside but goes to the backyard once in a while.
