Northwest South River Drive

I am looking for a roommate to move in January for a 3bd 2bath apartment located on the Miami river which is 5minutes from the metro and 10 minutes from midtown and brickell. The apartment is close to highways such as 836, I-95, and 112 so it’s easy to get anywhere in the city. It is a luxury apartment with rent being 1277 each plus utilities which usually adds up to 1320. It has a fitness center, office areas, outside lounge areas, bikes you can rent, package room, pool, Mariana, movie theater, garage parking and is gated with security 24/7. The place is furnished besides the private room so you would only need to bring bedding. I have fallen in love with this place and confident you will do the same!

I am Ms student at RSMAS studying climatology and marine ecology. I am outgoing, keep tidy, and like being friends with my roommates, would love to find someone who’s the same. Somethings I like to do are going to the beach, working out, songwriting, play games and trying out new places. I am in the gay community so prefer female roommates and/or those who are lgbt friendly
