All 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and laundry room are upstairs. The half bathroom is downstairs with the living area, kitchen, walk in pantry, and garage. The property was built in 2023 and we have lived there since June 2023 and no one lived there prior to us. You would have your own bedroom and bathroom (or shared bathroom if 2 people move in). If only 1 person moves in you would have both other bedrooms to use as a bedroom and office or however you would like in addition to the bathroom. I am moving out and my friend Sam will be staying looking for 1-2 roommates. Sam will have the master bedroom and bathroom. Monthly rent is $2,100, split between 2 is $1,055 each or between 3 is $700 each but can be adjusted to accommodate Sam having the master. Monthly utilities are about $100-$200 total. Your deposit amount would be $1,055 or for 2 people moving in $530 each. The deposit is refundable upon move out. Your room will be unfurnished but the common area downstairs is furnished. He has one cat and prefers no other pets and no smoking in the house.

Sam is looking for 1-2 roommates to move in with him. He is 30 years old and has a 5 year old cat. He would prefer roommates to be around his age, mid 20’s-30’s. No preference on gender. He works in the Boise area usually 7am-5pm Monday-Friday. He is social and likes to occasionally have friends over.
