Older property in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood - walking distance to downtown Santa Barbara and the Santa Barbara Mission. The ocean view is quite lovely. Laundry on site. Garage access for storage. Plenty of street parking.

You have the option of renting one or two rooms (bedroom and office). The office is quite small.

Rent for one room would cost $1000 per month; rent for both rooms would cost $1500. The security deposit will mirror your rental amount, so either $1000 or $1500.

Utilities are not included, but typically cost between $70-$110 per month.

A few notable cons: older property with cosmetic quirks, no dishwasher, shared bathroom, stairs to front door.

You’ll be sharing the place with me, Jackson. I work in hospitality and take classes in film & art/history on the side. I try to be clean, respectful, courteous, quiet and generous with my time. I tend to keep to myself but definitely enjoy good conversation. On my own time I like to read, write, hike, play basketball, and wine taste.
