Hi! My girlfriend and I are seeking out another roommate/roommates ASAP!! We’re looking to replace our current roommates as they will be leaving by the end of this month so we do have a time limit! First come first serve. Couples, smokers, pet owners, lgbtq+ and students are all welcome!!We’re offering the second bedroom space of our two bedroom apartment located off Studebaker rd in norwalk, CA. You’d have your own space and it will come unfurnished so you can decorate it however you’d like! Bathroom and kitchen space are shared but we do try to keep it clean and available for all rooomies use. The complex itself is beautiful, it’s a gated community that has many amenities available for resident use. These include two in ground swimming pools, a jacuzzi, a small gym, and two on-site laundromats. There’s on-site maintenance and overnight security as well.Overall, it’s a very lovely community, and we would love to share it with anyone who is looking for immediate housing :) We do ask that you make no less that 2.3k a month in order for all of us to qualify for the apartments Income requirements of 2.5x the rent. Our unit unfortunately goes for 2.4k and we make a little over half of what they’re asking. We are both responsible and understanding people that take care of our space and are careful with our money. We make around $3.4 thousand dollars a month on average. We like to keep to ourselves but also like to help others when given the chance. We both are usually working, and when we aren’t we are usually going to the gym, cooking or hanging out in our room. We would love to be friends with any roommates but even if that isn’t the case, we don’t hold grudges and still pay our fair portion of everything.
