West Temple Street

I am looking to find a replacement roommate to take over my half of the lease at our 2 bed, 2 bath apartment by March 1. Our unit at the Davinci Apartments includes a free parking deal for the year and an in unit washing machine and dryer. The building has many amenities including two pools, two gyms, office spaces to study, and outdoor grill and lounge areas.

Many students live there as we are a 10 minute drive away from USC. The rent is $2776 and the utilities get added to our resident portal. We usually pay around $1500 a month each when the utilities (hot water, trash, water, and waste water, electricity, renters insurance and wifi) are added.

The unit doesn’t have a lot of foot traffic outside as it is in the corner of the building and the windows are covered with large leaves for privacy. You will have your own room, bathroom, and walk in closet. The shared spaces are the kitchen and living room. The lease is up September 14, 2024.

We are looking for a woman roommate. My roommate is a graduate school student and a 26 year old woman. We’re both very clean.
