West Sterling Place

This is a cozy home in Pueblo West. Your room is furnished with a twin bed, full dresser with mirror and small desk, and a small closet. Your bathroom will be shared except for the bath and shower will be exclusively for your use. I have my own master bathroom, but myself and guests may use the restroom facilities in the shared bathroom occasionally. You have access to the kitchen to cook your own meals, washer & dryer, dining area and living room. I have a smart tv in the main living room and very comfy couches. I have Xfinity fast WiFi service, which is included and trash service. Gas, electric and water will be 50/50. You will provide your own laundry soap and toiletries. Parking is available on my driveway or side street. I live on a cul de sac, and my neighborhood is very safe. I’ve lived here since 2009. My property does have outdoor cameras for security and floodlights. The front porch is a great place to relax in the summer and fall and enjoy the Mountain View’s, the and bird watching.

I am a 47 year old female, and I work full time. My hours are very early in the morning. Monday-Friday, I go to bed early, between 7-8pm and get up at 3:30am for work. So, I will need someone who is quiet, considerate and respectful. Quiet hours during the week will be 8pm. Weekends are more flexible. I have an old dog, Buddy. He is very quiet and friendly.

I am looking for a mature female roommate with full time employment, good references and can provide a credit and background check. I offer month to month, 3 month or 6 month rental agreements at this time. Dogs are ok with additional refundable pet deposit of $200 & additional $35mo pet rent fee. I need someone who is reliable, clean, organized, responsible and respectful. Cleaning up after yourself is required, doing your dishes, cleaning your room & bathroom, etc. We will share space, so our personalities must get along.
